Item Condition: The returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels intact, and the original packaging retained. If the items show signs of human - induced damage or obvious usage marks, the refund application may not be accepted.

Special Cases: Custom - made items, intimate products like underwear, etc., are not eligible for return and refund, except in cases of quality issues.
2. Refund Application Process

Contact Customer Service: To apply for a refund, please send an email to service@khlealab.org, explain the reason for the refund, and provide your order number and relevant information.

Obtain Return Address: Our customer service will reply to your email within 1 - 2 business days, informing you of the return address and relevant instructions.

Return the Items: Please use a reliable logistics method to return the items to the designated address and keep the tracking number. We will not be liable for any loss of items due to incorrect return addresses or logistics issues.
3. Refund Processing Timeframe

Item Inspection: After receiving the returned items, we will complete the inspection within 3 - 5 business days. If the items meet the refund criteria, the refund process will proceed; if not, we will notify you via email of the specific reasons.

Refund Issuance: Once the inspection is passed, we will complete the refund operation within 5 - 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment account. If the original payment method is unavailable for the return, we will negotiate alternative refund methods with you. Please note that due to varying processing speeds of different payment platforms, the actual arrival time of the refund may be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
4. Refund Amount Calculation

Normal Refund: In case of no quality issues, the refund amount will be the actual payment for the items, excluding the original shipping fees.

Refund for Quality Issues: If there are quality issues with the items, upon verification, we will refund the actual payment for the items and the reasonable shipping fees incurred by you for returning the items (valid shipping fee receipts are required).
5. Other Notes
- If your order is related to promotional activities or the use of coupons, the refund amount will be calculated according to the activity rules and the actual payment amount.
